Project: Veterinary Hospital, KROMAC Design Inc.
The project involved the renovation of a former 20,000 square foot supermarket into a new, state of the art, 24hr hour veterinary clinic. The design included new rooftop HVAC units, lighting, upgrading the electrical service and plumbing systems.
Project: Cambria Suites, KROMAC Design Inc. provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical design services for a new four-story, 135 Suite Hotel. The hotel included two levels of underground parking, a full service restaurant, lounge area, indoor pool and spa, and meeting facilities.
Project LKQ Automotive Parts: KROMAC Design Inc. provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design services for a 50,000 sq/ft. industrial building which included approximately 4,000 sf of office area, 6,500 sf of manufacturing area, 2,000 sf of liquid storage area and 37,500 sf of warehouse storage area.
Project: Dunn Tire Auto Repair: KROMAC Design Inc. provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for an auto service repair shop and auto tire store. This facility includes office space, customer waiting area, car service bays and warehouse tire storage. Infrared heating system was provided in car service bays.
Project Residential Aspire House: KROMAC Design Inc. Provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection for remodel and addition to an Aspire Residence for disabled adults.
